The Plumber that came out repaired what I needed but also pointed out the my shut off valve for the house was in very poor condition and recommended it be replaced. Since I am having new carpeting put down I would hate to see this happen so since he was here I had him repair that also. Very nice gentleman.

He discovered a couple of minor things in addition to my original need that I agreed needed fixing, and he gave me several pricing options.
