Amy Plumbing responded to my inquiry immediately. They scheduled same day service for my plumbing issue. Once Brad arrived, he explained what needed to be fixed and why. He broke down the cost of what needed to be repaired and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Brad was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. I was impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them.

They tried so hard to fix it with the least amount of damage to our walls, even going out and buying a tool to try to make it work. All three were polite, courteous and professional. I had a great customer experience. My water heater went out in my condo in Crystal Lake, but I had moved out of state and had tenets. Brad was in constant contact with me as well as my renters to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!
