Tim was our service provider did an excellent job. We had a broken faucet that we couldn't get removed. He worked very hard and got the job done!! I was very happy with the quality service he provided.

We've used Amy for two fairly major plumbing jobs over the past few years. This past week was kind of a doozie, but all three employees that came through to deal with it were awesome! They tried so hard to fix it with the least amount of damage to our walls, even going out and buying a tool to try to make it work. All three were polite, courteous and professional. We will definitely be coming back for future home needs. Thank you!!!

Brad was my plumber, and he was trustworthy, competent, concise in his description of my pipe problem and thorough. He discovered a couple of minor things in addition to my original need that I agreed needed fixing, and he gave me several pricing options. He wasn't high-pressure in the least, which I appreciated a great deal. I will contact Amy Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for my next plumbing need. In fact, Brad convinced me to contact Amy the next time I need an electrician, which I fully plan to do.

I don't know what I would've done without Timothy Childers today! My house flooded and he came out right away. He only took an hour and was extremely professional fixing the problem that caused my flooding. Tim answered all my questions and was very calm while I was hysterical. He gave me peace of mind and did a great job on my house. Plumbing costs are expensive but I thought his charge was reasonable for the work he did and having to be outside in this horrible Chicago winter weather.
