I had a great customer experience. My water heater went out in my condo in Crystal Lake, but I had moved out of state and had tenets. Brad was in constant contact with me as well as my renters to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!

Found the leaky toilet problem at 7:00 am, called Amy Plumbing at 8 am, guy showed up at 9:15 am, replaced the wax ring and was finished up by 10 am! Pretty sweet if you ask me! They went above and beyond answering questions I didn't even think to ask.

He discovered a couple of minor things in addition to my original need that I agreed needed fixing, and he gave me several pricing options. He wasn't high-pressure in the least, which I appreciated a great deal. I will contact Amy Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for my next plumbing need.
