I had a great customer experience. My water heater went out in my condo in Crystal Lake, but I had moved out of state and had tenets. Brad was in constant contact with me as well as my renters to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!

He broke down the cost of what needed to be repaired and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Brad was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. The Plumber that came out repaired what I needed but also pointed out the my shut off valve for the house was in very poor condition and recommended it be replaced. Since I am having new carpeting put down I would hate to see this happen so since he was here I had him repair that also. Very nice gentleman.
