The Plumber that came out repaired what I needed but also pointed out the my shut off valve for the house was in very poor condition and recommended it be replaced. Since I am having new carpeting put down I would hate to see this happen so since he was here I had him repair that also. Very nice gentleman.

He only took an hour and was extremely professional fixing the problem that caused my flooding. Tim answered all my questions and was very calm while I was hysterical. He gave me peace of mind and did a great job on my house. Plumbing costs are expensive but I thought his charge was reasonable for the work he did and having to be outside in this horrible Chicago winter weather.
