Amy Plumbing responded to my inquiry immediately. They scheduled same day service for my plumbing issue. Once Brad arrived, he explained what needed to be fixed and why. He broke down the cost of what needed to be repaired and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Brad was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. I was impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them.

I don't know what I would've done without Timothy Childers today! My house flooded and he came out right away. He only took an hour and was extremely professional fixing the problem that caused my flooding. Tim answered all my questions and was very calm while I was hysterical. He gave me peace of mind and did a great job on my house. Plumbing costs are expensive but I thought his charge was reasonable for the work he did and having to be outside in this horrible Chicago winter weather.

The Plumber came, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable for the kitchen faucet installation, and installed the faucet in a professional manner. I would use Amy Plumbing again for any installation or repair. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was returned under the sink. Very impressed that he took the time to make sure everything went back where it belonged in addition to the great job on the faucet! Little things matter and will make me a customer for life.
