The Plumber that came out repaired what I needed but also pointed out the my shut off valve for the house was in very poor condition and recommended it be replaced. Since I am having new carpeting put down I would hate to see this happen so since he was here I had him repair that also. Very nice gentleman.

I don't know what I would've done without Timothy Childers today! My house flooded and he came out right away. He only took an hour and was extremely professional fixing the problem that caused my flooding. Tim answered all my questions and was very calm while I was hysterical. He gave me peace of mind and did a great job on my house. Plumbing costs are expensive but I thought his charge was reasonable for the work he did and having to be outside in this horrible Chicago winter weather.

Tim was very good at telling us what the problem was, how he would fix it and how to prevent this in the future. He installed a new outside faucet and explained how to shut off the water flow in the fall to prevent water from entering the faucet and freezing.
