I had a great customer experience. My water heater went out in my condo in Crystal Lake, but I had moved out of state and had tenets. Brad was in constant contact with me as well as my renters to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!

They tried so hard to fix it with the least amount of damage to our walls, even going out and buying a tool to try to make it work. All three were polite, courteous and professional.
