• $15 Service Call Fee (a savings of $64 off our regular business hour charge of $79)
• 2 Free Annual HVAC Equipment Tune-ups (normally $99 each)
• Either 1 Free Annual Electrical Safety Review or 1 Free Plumbing Review (each is regularly $158).
